Yes. Every companion runs on state-of-the-art large language models fine-tuned with Soriz's companion personality system. They're not scripted bots — they reason, remember, and respond in context.

Yes. AI can occasionally misremember, hallucinate facts, or give incorrect advice — especially for medical, legal, or financial topics. Treat companions as thoughtful friends, not certified professionals. Verify anything important with a real expert.

We'd love to hear your ideas. Creators can also build their own companions and launch them through the Creator Program. For general requests, drop a note via the feedback form or email us.

No. Each companion has its own isolated memory. What you tell Calm stays with Calm. You can optionally enable Cross-Companion Memory in Settings if you want them to share context.

Voice chat is rolling out on iOS and Android with select companions. Web support is coming soon. Each companion has a distinct voice that matches their personality.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". We'll send a reset link to your email — valid for 24 hours. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that provider's password reset instead.

Settings → Account → Email. We'll send a verification link to the new address. You won't lose any chats or companion memories.

Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, all chat history, and memories across every companion. The action cannot be undone. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first.

Yes. Settings → Privacy → Export Data. You'll receive a ZIP with all your chats in JSON and readable text format, usually within 24 hours.

Settings → Notifications. Turn push, email, or in-app notifications on/off per companion. By default, companions don't message you first unless you've enabled proactive check-ins.

Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You'll keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, cancel from those platforms instead.

We offer a 7-day refund on annual plans purchased directly (not via App Store or Google Play). Email billing@soriz.com with your account email and order ID.

Common causes: insufficient funds, expired card, bank flagging the transaction. Try another card, check with your bank, or switch to UPI/PayPal. If the problem continues, email billing@soriz.com.

Yes. Your chats are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you can see them. No human reviewer reads your messages unless you explicitly flag a safety issue. Full details in our privacy policy.

No. Your personal conversations are never used to train models by default. You can opt-in to share anonymized transcripts for research — toggleable any time in Settings → Privacy.

Long-press any companion message → Report. Pick a reason (harmful, offensive, incorrect) and submit. Our safety team reviews every report within 24 hours.

Yes. Open the companion → profile → Block. They won't appear in your library and won't message you. You can unblock anytime.

Soriz is rated 13+. Teen accounts have additional safety defaults: stricter content filters, no flirty companions (Cupid, Glow), and emergency resources auto-surface for self-harm or crisis topics.

Companions are trained to respond with care and immediately surface country-specific crisis helplines. They'll listen, encourage you to reach out to a real professional, and offer helpline numbers. Your safety comes before conversation continuity.

Creators earn a revenue share on Pro subscriptions attributed to their companion, plus tips and brand deals. Monthly payouts via bank transfer, PayPal, or UPI — minimum threshold of $50 / ₹4,000.

Yes. Our Companion Studio is no-code — you describe the personality, upload reference content, and we handle the AI. Most creators launch their first companion in under an hour.

You do. You retain full IP on the personality, voice, and content. You can pause, remove, or migrate anytime.

Update to the latest version, reboot your device, clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Soriz → Storage → Clear Cache). If it persists, report from Settings → Help → Report an issue — we'll grab diagnostics automatically.

Free plan has limited long-term memory. On Pro, check Settings → Memory — you can see, pin, or edit what a companion remembers. If a memory was deleted accidentally, there's a 30-day recovery window.

Long conversations can drift. Say "reset vibe" or "start over" and the companion will snap back to form. If that fails, tap the 3-dot menu → New Conversation (memories persist).
